1. Booking & Payment 

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot. 
• Full payment must be completed at least 1 day before the tour date. 
• Payments can be made via credit card (+5% bank fee), bank transfer, moneygram, western union or cash (in-person bookings only). 

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy 

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the tour will receive a full refund. 
• Cancellations made between 1–13 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund. 
• In case we must cancel the tour for safety concerns, weather conditions or other unforeseeable events we may reschedule or cancel the tour. A full refund will be offered. 

3. Health & Safety 

• Jungle tours involve physical activity and may not be suitable for everyone. 

• Guests must inform us of any medical conditions or allergies at the time of booking. 

• Please consult your doctor about recommended vaccinations. My Amazon Tours does not provide vaccination recommendations. 

• All participants are required to follow the guide’s instructions at all times.  

• It is strictly forbidden to leave the guide or accommodation without permission.

4. Liability 

• We take every precaution to ensure your safety, but participation is at your own risk. 

• My Amazon Tours is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour. 

• Please do not bring any valuables with you on the tour. My Amazon Tours accepts no liability for loss or theft. 

5. Insurance 

• We recommend all participants carry personal travel insurance that covers adventure activities. 

• You acknowledge that travel, especially to remote destinations, may involve some risk to your health and safety. Standards of hygiene, accommodation, transport and medical care are often lower than the standards you may expect in your home country.

6. Changes to Itinerary 

• Tour itineraries are subject to change based on weather, wildlife activity, or other unforeseen circumstances. 

7. Early departure - cancellation of the Tour by the Customer 

•  If the customer decides to discontinue a booked tour after it has begun – for personal reasons such as health issues, private matters, discomfort with weather conditions, etc. – there will be no refund of the full or partial tour price. 

• Should the customer wish to return early from the tour, the organizer will make every reasonable effort to arrange a safe return to the agreed location. Any additional costs incurred (e.g. transportation, accommodation) are to be covered by the customer. 

• In justified exceptional cases, the organizer may offer a partial or full refund as a gesture of goodwill. This decision lies solely at the discretion of the organizer and does not constitute a precedent for future cases. 

8. Age & Participation Requirements 

• There is no minimum age for jungle tours. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
